During this complex and stressful time, CivicIPN has the experience and knowledge to provide valuation services as part of any family law proceedings.
In addition to providing independent valuations for jointly owned property, our valuers have the experience and knowledge to act as expert witnesses in mediation, tribunals, and court hearings.
CivicIPN understands and abides by Expert Witness Rules and Codes of Conduct which relate to these matters, and is equally able to supply valuation where the parties are able to proceed with the separation of assets in amicable circumstances.
