Emma Jackson has worked in the property valuation industry for over 17 years, building a strong reputation for her expertise in complex and specialist valuation services across the Northern Territory. She is highly experienced in delivering government, commercial, and private sector valuation advice and is known for her pragmatic approach and strong client relationships.
Emma’s key experience includes providing specialist valuation services for the Northern Territory Government, including mortgage valuations, municipal rating assessments, land rental valuations for occupational licences, and valuations for land release, acquisitions, and adjoining owner purchases. She also has significant expertise in share buy-outs, commercial and industrial rental valuations, consultancy advice, family law, stamp duty assessments, and both pre-sale and pre-purchase valuation reporting. Ross Copeland has worked in the property valuation industry for over 35 years, specialising in remote and regional Australia. With extensive experience across the Eyre Peninsula, the Kimberley, and Western and Northern Queensland, Ross brings deep regional insight and a strong foundation in both statutory and litigation-related valuations.
Ross is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), a licensed valuer in Western Australia, a registered valuer in Queensland, and a member of the Northern Territory Valuation Board of Review. Over his career, he has conducted valuations for major financial institutions across Australia’s most remote areas, supported by nearly three decades of on-the-ground regional market knowledge.
He has acted as an expert witness in numerous compulsory acquisition cases before tribunals and the Supreme Court, providing detailed advice on easements, pipelines, and other real property matters. In 2018, Ross was appointed by the Supreme Court of Queensland to undertake pastoral valuations and has contributed expert evidence in Native Title compensation cases, including the landmark Griffiths matter in the High Court of Australia.
